Terms of service

The rules for subscribing to AI Perimeter. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated 8 August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

AI Perimeter is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], Denmark, CVR [NUMBER]. These terms govern your use of aiperimeter.news and any paid subscription.

2. The free website

Articles, the public incident ledger and the events pages are free to read. You may link to them, quote them with attribution, and share them. You may not republish them in full or use them to train a model without written permission.

3. Subscriptions

Three paid tiers: Briefing (the daily email), Intelligence (the email plus the dashboard) and Team (Intelligence for up to 10 named people at one organisation). Prices are shown excluding VAT; the applicable rate is added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the link in any receipt. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then, and we do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.

4. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record. Your receipt and VAT invoice come from Stripe and show Sold through alongside our name. We never see or store your card details. If a payment fails, Stripe retries automatically; if it keeps failing the subscription ends and access stops.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, by subscribing you ask us to begin delivery at once and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. If you are unhappy within 14 days, email the desk anyway — we will refund you. We would rather lose the money than have an unhappy reader.

6. Acceptable use of the dashboard

The Intelligence dashboard and any data export are licensed for your own use, or your team's use under a Team subscription. You may use exported data in internal reports and dashboards. You may not resell it, republish it as a competing dataset, or scrape the index systematically. Team seats are for people at one organisation; sharing one seat across a company is not a Team subscription.

7. Accuracy, and what this is not

We report carefully, cite primary sources, and label unverified claims as unverified. But this is journalism, not a threat intelligence feed with a service level agreement. Nothing here is security advice for your specific environment, and you should not make an incident-response or procurement decision on our reporting alone without verifying against the primary source, which we always link.

Where we get something wrong we correct it publicly under our corrections policy.

8. Availability

We aim to publish every weekday and to keep the dashboard available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the service is materially unavailable for a sustained period, email the desk and we will extend your subscription or refund you.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited under Danish law.

10. Editorial independence

Subscribing does not buy influence over coverage. AI Perimeter accepts no advertising and no sponsored content, and is funded entirely by subscriptions. This is not marketing copy — it is a term of this contract, and our full editorial standards form part of it.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the newsletter before they take effect, and you can cancel if you disagree. These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes go to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of your own country's mandatory law.
