Privacy policy

Short version: we collect your email address so we can send you the thing you asked for, Stripe handles payment, and nobody else gets your data. There is no advertising technology on this site.

Who we are

AI Perimeter is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], Denmark, CVR [NUMBER]. We are the data controller for personal data described here. Contact: privacy@aiperimeter.news.

What we do not collect

  • No advertising of any kind, and therefore no ad tracking. None.
  • No third-party analytics that profile you across sites.
  • No card details — those go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems.
  • No visibility into your dashboard watchlist. The companies you track are stored in your own browser's local storage. That data is never transmitted to us, so we cannot read it, sell it, or hand it over. For a publication read by security teams, holding a list of which competitors you monitor seemed indefensible.

Cookies and local storage

We set no tracking cookies and show no cookie banner, because we have nothing to ask consent for. The dashboard uses your browser's local storage to remember your watchlist and filters. That is strictly functional, stays on your device, and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.

Who else processes your data

We do not sell personal data, and we never will. There is also nobody to sell it to: AI Perimeter takes no advertising and no sponsorship, so there are no advertisers, no ad networks and no data brokers in this picture at all.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Email privacy@aiperimeter.news and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Security

The site is static and served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. We hold no database of subscribers ourselves; the list lives with our email platform and subscription state lives with Stripe. If a breach affects your data we will notify the relevant authority within 72 hours and tell you directly where the risk to you is high — the same standard we hold the companies we report on to.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so in the newsletter rather than quietly updating the page.
